Colonel (Retired) (meritorious service & commendation medals; graduated from Air War College, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College). Member, American Bar Association; Maryland State Bar Association (board of governors, 1982-84); Howard County Bar Association (president & director, 1980-82). Past president and master, Macgill Inn of Court. Tribute for outstanding service, Maryland State Bar Association, 1982-84.
