Member, Maryland State and Prince George's County Bar Associations. Instructor, Gonzaga High School, Bowie State University, Prince George's Community College. Freshman Legislator of the Year, Maryland Young Democrats, 1975. Legislator of the Year, Prince George's Municipal Association, 1983, 1985, 1986.
