Jenifer, Baltimore County Circuit Court, 1968-69. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1969. Member, Maryland State Bar Association (chair, section on economics of law, 1976-78; member, board of governors, 1979-80; chair, judicial appointments committee, 1981-83). Member, Baltimore County Bar Association (executive council, 1988; pres., 1995). Board member, Hannah More Center School, 1988.
