Law clerk to Judge Joseph C. Howard, U.S. District Court, 1979-81. Venable, Baetjer and Howard (associate, 1986-87; equity partner, 1988-96). Board member, Loyola-Notre Dame Library Corporation, 1994-95. Co-author, Summary Adjudication: Dispositive Motions and Summary Trials (1991).
