Loyola College; Catholic University of America, A.B., 1960; Washington College of Law, The American University, J.D., 1963. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1964. Partner, Lombardi, Powers & Amster, 1970-97. Member, American, Maryland State, and Prince George's County Bar Associations. Member, Marlborough Inn of Court; J. Dudley Digges Inn of Court.
