Treasurer, Liberty Road Community Council, Inc., 1992-94. Member, Women's Council, Maryland Democratic Party, 1994-97. Member, National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women; Baltimore County Alumnae Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority (life member). Public Service Award, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, 1988. Achievement Award, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Randallstown Branch, 1991. Married; three children.
