Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, September 22, 1962. Attended Mt. Lebanon Senior High School, Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania; Indiana University, Indiana, Pennsylvania, B.S., 1989. Owner of Cycle Sport, Inc., a retail sporting-goods store, 1985-90. Delegate, Rebublican Party National Convention, 1996. Active with Montgomery County Republican Party; Gaithersburg Help. Married; two children.
